Ingredients
Calm: Ylang ylang (Cananga odorata), Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin) and Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanioides).
Endurance: Pine, Scots (Pinus sylvestris L.) and Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus).
*Focus: Peppermint (Mentha × piperita), Rosemary ct. camphor (Rosmarinus officinalis).
Headache: Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile).
*Nausea: Peppermint (Mentha × piperita), Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis).
Sleep: Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Sandalwood (Santalum album) and Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis).
Directions
Wave the inhaler under your nose while taking 3-4 deep breaths to inhale the aroma, as needed.
Caution
*Do not use on children under the age of 6. External use only. Do not instill in nose. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from children and pets. Consult a doctor if pregnant, have a medical condition and/or taking prescription medications prior to use.
