U.S. Domestic Shipping
We ship anywhere within the United States via USPS and all orders include tracking details. Our intent is to process your order within 2-3 days. An email confirmation will be provided along with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Please note that once the order has shipped we cannot control USPS transit times and any delivery issues that may occur.
Some of our products may include oils, butters, and/or waxes that can melt in higher temperatures. When ordering please make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected promptly.
Just K.A.D.E. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when delivery has been confirmed. We are also not responsible for any package not delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final due to the nature of our products. Please note that once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes, accept refunds, exchanges or returns.
Some of our products may include oils, butters, and/or waxes that can melt in higher temperatures causing them to arrive in a melted or liquid state. The quality of the product will remain even if the consistency upon arrival is different than expected. Please place the product in the refrigerator or cool room and allow it to solidify. By making a purchase, you have consented to the possibility of a product arriving in this manner and refunds will not be issued based on consistency upon arrival.
A full ingredients list is provided for each of our products and we encourage our customers to contact us if they have any questions or concerns about our products prior to purchasing. Please be sure to read the ingredients for any possible allergies. Just K.A.D.E. is not responsible for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products. Please perform a patch test on any topical products. If any reaction/irritation occurs, please discontinue use.
Our products are made in small batches for maximum quality and freshness, so we are restricted from accepting returned products for refunds. However, we do understand there can be special circumstances and ask that you contact us to discuss.
We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents which is why we have designated a page providing a detailed description of our scents. As a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for due to the dislike of a scent.
Because our skin care products are made without preservatives, additives, and chemical ingredients please make sure to use clean, dry hands or tools when applying, avoid adding water, and store in a cool, dry place.
